Learn how to make tasty Lasun Chutney / Dry Red Garlic Chutney - a quick & easy to make chutney recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani Basic Cooking. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />2 & 1/2 Cups Dry Coconut, Grated <br />15-20 Dry Red Chillies <br />2 tbsp Sesame Seeds <br />1 Cup Garlic <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a flat bottom pan dry roast grated coconut. <br />- Once it changes color remove it in a bowl. <br />- Then dry roast red chillies. Add it to the grated coconut. <br />- Then roast sesame seeds and add them too with coconut and red chillies. Toss everything well. <br />- In a mixer grinder add garlic and grind it coarsely. <br />- Then add coconut red chillies and sesame seeds mixture. Grind everything coarsely. <br />- Add salt and grind again. <br />- Remove the chutney in a bowl. Chutney is ready to be used.
